Endocrine active substances are associated with a large number of diseases and developmental disorders in humans and animals. Now that the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is carrying out a new risk assessment of bisphenol A (BPA), it will be interesting to see how other regulatory authorities will proceed in respect of endocrine disruptors. The conference is aimed at toxicologists, eco-toxicologists, specialists in regulatory affairs, R&D and risk assessment in the chemical, pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, or working at downstream users, research institutes, national and international authorities and associations as well as clinical research organisations (CROs) and consultancies
