Our speaker for this year's RSC East Anglia Gourmet Dinner is Professor Julian Cooper, Food Scientist, 342 Consulting Limited. Professor Cooper has over 35 years experience in the food industry, from Research Chemist to Head of Food Science and Product Development. His talk, entitled "Challenges of Food Redesign", will be followed by dinner at the Edmunds Restaurant, in West Suffolk College.
