Research into batteries and energy storage is crucial for ensuring sustainable progress for our planet.
We are excited to be running a second, spin-off #RSCPoster Twitter conference this year, solely focused on this important subject, in conjunction with COP26.
Held online over 24 hours, the format removes the environmental and financial costs of attending a traditional conference, and helps scientific researchers share their work and drive discussion on battery innovation, wherever they are in the world.
We invite posters from researchers at every career stage and the event is free for anyone with access to Twitter. All posters are eligible to win a prize if registered in advance.
How it works:
Register to submit a poster (registration opens from 1 November 2021)
Tweet your poster between 7–8 December with a title and inlcude the hashtag #RSCBatteriesPoster
Discuss and engage – throughout the 24h conference, make sure to answer the questions from the community, committee and comment on other posters
Win prizes if your poster is selected as a winner by our judging committee.
Anyone who takes part in the virtual poster session will also gather important feedback from the community that you can use to submit a paper to one of these journals.
