The Circular Economy of Batteries

12 October 2021 14:00-15:00

Introduction
The shift to electric vehicles will require substantial amounts of critical minerals and other raw materials. This raises the question of where they come from and what will happen at the end of their lives. Processing EV batteries for a “second life” will extend their use but ultimately recycling and recovering will be necessary. This panel will talk about the latest research to develop pathways to reach a circular economy.
