There is a growing recognition that we live in a world that is becoming increasingly complex and volatile, driven by market factors such as rapidly changing consumer behaviour and disruptive business models, to name a few. As a result, the ability to constantly evolve and re-invent is considered by many as the only sustainable advantage an organisation can have. This is what we call “organisational agility”.

In this interactive workshop, guest speaker Zak Meziane will introduce the concept and practice of organisational agility, based on his experience as an agile transformation specialist. He will also facilitate breakout sessions where participants can build their own case for organisational agility and discuss where it would provide the most value for their organisation.

This talk is particularly targeted audience that will most benefit from the talk are mid to senior level managers and executives who are curious about the benefits of agility for their organisation.
