Bringing together experts from the industry, academia, research institutes and students, CAS 2020 is targeting not only semiconductor electronics, but also micro-and nanotechnologies.
The plenary sessions are devoted to invited talks giving a broader perspective of the domain, whereas oral and poster sessions contain regular papers, selected by a board of reviewers. Special sessions are devoted to Student papers.
Authors are invited to submit original papers on the following topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; Micro- and nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits.
The conference papers are published in the conference Proceedings, available on-line on IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals. The contributions will be refereed according to the standards of the Journals.
The Best Paper in each conference session and the Best Student Papers will be awarded.
