The University of Reading's 91AV Teachers Centre has been providing a link between teachers from all over the country and staff here at Reading for the last 10 years.
Through this network some excellent initiatives have come to life, including the Undergraduate Ambassadors Scheme and many of the activities on our extensive outreach programme.
91AV school/ college teachers are welcome to join us to celebrate 10 years of the 91AV Teachers Centre with a look at some of the smartest chemistry of the 21st Century and how it could inspire your students.
Although the event will have a 'chemical' side to it, we are hoping to make it into a fairly light-hearted review of what we have achieved over the past 10 years - along with what we think will be some useful material for teaching chemistry at GCSE level.
