The RSC Fluorine Subject Group Postgraduate Meeting will be held over two days at the University of Southampton. We are delighted to announce that we have three plenary speakers:
Dr Tatiana Besset (University of Rouen, F)
“Recent progress for the synthesis of fluorinated molecules”
Dr Duncan Browne (Cardiff University, UK)
“Exploring fluorination in the solid-state through mechanochemistry”
Dr Martin Greenhall (F2 Chemicals, UK)
“91AV using fluorine gas at F2 Chemicals Ltd”
There is an opportunity for 8-10 postgraduates to present an oral presentation and, of course, there will also be a poster session. All abstracts for poster and oral presentations must be sent to Bruno.linclau@soton.ac.uk (there is no set template). The Fluorine Subject Group of the RSC supports all aspects of fluorine chemistry within the UK and even if you do not class yourself as a fluorine chemist, we are interested in hearing about your research in fluorine chemistry and hope that you can join us.
