The RSC East Anglia Gourmet Dinner for 2019 will take place in Bury St. Edmunds, and our speaker will be our speaker will be Tim Blake, from The Stillery. The Stillery is a ‘Speak-easy’ style cocktail bar in Bury St Edmunds, where they are passionate about serving a range of top quality drinks. They also make their own spirits, at their own distillery on site, and offer courses on gin and how to create the perfect gin and tonic... and even make your own gin!
His talk, entitled "Gin... A Journey. How we fell in love with the worlds most versatile spirit.", will be followed by a three-course dinner and coffee/tea at the Edmunds restaurant in West Suffolk College. The evening starts with a canapés/drinks reception and the AGM.
