We will meet at the terrace of the Swan Café for tea/coffee at 1500 and the tour starts at 1530. On the tour you will learn about the vineyard and how they use the climate to their advantage. Your visit will continue in the winery where you will be led through the winemaking processes we use for our still, white, red and rosé wines. We will also show you how we make our sparkling wines according to the traditional method pioneered in Champagne and perfected in England. The tours finish back at the wine store where you will be invited to partake in a fascinating tutored tasting session.
The tour will involve walking outside so please wear appropriate footwear. It is also advised that the tour may be difficult for infirm visitors and is not suitable for wheelchair users.
