This meeting will be held on Wednesday 31 January 2018 at RSC, Burlington House. 18:00 to 20:00
Our lecturer, Tim Belden, was until recently the University Engagement Programme Manager for the Timber Research and Development Association (TRADA).
Timber has been used as a construction material for centuries and Tim has been involved in timber conservation work in many listed buildings, mainly in traditional English hardwoods. His work with TRADA has also given him valuable insight into the current applications and future potential of this widely used and sustainable natural material.
