We are delighted to host the 11th annual ABPP meeting in Oxford, entitled: 'Target Discovery using Chemical Probes'. The topics will include: Activity-based Protein Profiling (ABPP); Photoaffinity labelling; Bio-orthogonal chemistry; Chemical proteomics; Probe/inhibitor design and synthesis; In situ labelling and imaging.
Chemical proteomics is a growing research field which has enormous potential to facilitate drug target elucidation and provide insight into the role of the proteome and specific enzymes in fields like cancer, infectious diseases and plant pathology.
The aim of this meeting is to bring the research community together to discuss novel approaches and share these important tools for fundamental and applied biological/ biomedical research in different live systems.
