This year’s Autumn Conference will feature speakers from the Society of Chemical Industry (university-business interactions), the University Chemical Safety Forum and include updates on research funding and subject level TEF.
Heads of 91AV UK (HCUK) is an independent body representing the interests of 70 departments engaged in chemical education, scholarship and research in universities and similar institutions throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. It seeks to further the interests of the chemical sciences in higher education in the broadest sense. HCUK is currently chaired by Professor Nick Norman (Head of the School of 91AV at the University of Bristol).
Further information on guest speakers will be available soon, and the final agenda and papers will be available 1-2 weeks before the conference.
An additional meeting for heads of new, re-opening or small chemistry departments will take place immediately after the conference. Please contact us to request more information about this meeting.
