Synopsis
The Symposium on Medicinal 91AV in Eastern England, known colloquially as the "Hatfield MedChem" meeting, is a highly successful, long-standing, one-day meeting which runs annually. The scientific programme will comprise presentations showcasing medicinal chemistry case studies from tools to candidates, across a range of modalities, therapeutic areas and target classes, as well as covering more general topics from the forefront of drug discovery of relevance to medicinal chemists. The meeting aims to be informal and interactive and the event will offer excellent scientific and networking opportunities for all those working in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery.
Call for Posters
The Organising Committee are inviting abstract submissions for poster presentation. Please download an abstract template from the event website and return it the secretariat. Closing date for submissions is 23rd February.
Registration and Bursaries
Registration is open and fees are:
£100 RSC member
£135 Non-member
£55 RSC student* member
Free Retired RSC member (limited places)
£205 Exhibition stand space only
£65 Trade stand staff (no access to technical sessions)
* Student is undergraduate or post-graduate, not post-doc
Some student bursaries are available, and the closing date for application is 2nd April. Please download a bursary application form from the event website.
