Talk:- Tea is often thought of as being a quintessentially British drink, and we have been drinking it for over 350 years. Did you know that approximately 40% of the nation's fluid intake today will be tea, without milk, tea has no calories and adding semi-skimmed milk adds around 13 calories per cup. We will explore the history of tea, describe how tea is made and focus on chemicals in tea such as antioxidants. To help you make the perfect cup of tea official standards will be defined utilising tea ration advice from George Orwell.
