We are pleased to announce the 1st Zing Molecular and Cellular Basis of Breast Cancer Risk and Prevention conference will be taking place in Tampa, Florida in November 2016.
The conference aims to bring together experts in breast cancer risk and prevention, stem cell biologists, breast physiology, cancer biology, and genetic epidemiology to collectively tackle important issues in the biology, breast cancer initiation and prevention. The conference will focus on outstanding questions and recent discoveries the mammary niche, involution, heterogeneity, and new genetic discoveries defining risk. Experts in these fields are asked to share their most recent findings and discuss emerging challenges with the goal of stimulating new and creative thinking. Short talks will be chosen from the submitted abstracts.
The goals for the program are to inspire important insights, energise new scientists and foster creative collaborations that will deepen our understanding of the molecular events underlying breast cancer initiation and accelerate the development of targeted prevention and early detection strategies.
