If you would like to pick our brewers' brains about the monstrous subject of brewing science, or would simply like to gain insight into the more creative process of designing beer recipes and flavours, all of your questions shall be answered. On arrival you will be served a beer or two and provide some light snacks, after which the brewery tour will commence. You will be shown around the brewery, starting with the pilot brewkit on which we trial recipes, and finishing with the bottling line. Then back to the bar of course, where you will be able to mingle with some of the Stewart Brewing team and quiz them further!
This event is FREE for members, £7.50 for accompanied non-members.
IMPORTANT: Over 18’s only. Since drinks will be served at the end of tour, PLEASE consider to use public transport if possible. Bus # 37 (to City) and # 40 (to Musselburgh) will take you there and back. DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE.
