Introduction

The Freiburg Macromolecular Colloquium is the oldest polymer meeting in the world and it has been running almost uninterruptedly for 60 years, since its inception in 1953. The event is attended annually by 700 - 1000 participants from academia and industry. The scope of the next meeting is: Sustainable Polymer and Material Science. Highlights: Special Session "Polymers Creating a Sustainable Future" und Special Session in Honor of Prof. Dr. Rolf Mülhaupts 60 anniversary.
