This event will focus on the challenges involved in sampling and testing for allergen contamination in food premises, and will reveal the science behind ELISA and DNA based assay methods. This meeting is organised in partnership with the Food Processing Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) as part of its Allergens Special Interest Group.The Food Processing KTN is holding its annual Excellence in Food Manufacture conference on the following day, also in York. This meeting will be of interest to food scientists and technologists as well as operational and technical managers working in manufacturing and quality assurance.
