Introduction

Project management, a profession governed by the PMBok, allows organizations to hire or consult with project managers to handle special projects an organization is undertaken. Project management should be handled in such a way that project methodology can be used again on other projects. In order to do that, all 42 steps of the PMBok have to be performed. Seeing that a person has a PMP after their name means they have been certified by the project Management Institute but this still does not mean they are qualified to manage the project to the organization and the investor's satisfaction.
