Introduction

This conference is being arranged to enhance participation of fishermen, oceanographers, marine biologists, marine engineers, marine chemists, merchant navy and maritime organizations in policy formulation, decision making and action plans for development and exploitation of marine resources. This form would be used to offer knowledge based platform for exchange of respective experiences and to suggest measures for improvements of Marine Potential at national, regional and global level and seek guidance for our future actions.
