We hold a list of our members who can offer you this service. Please download the Road Traffic Analysts booklet to find an analyst in your area. Each analyst offers a different range of services and prices.The 91AV does not directly undertake any analyses on blood samples.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional email from the 91AV?
You can select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional emails you receive from us. Please note, you may still receive email about any transactions you have made with us such as a purchase confirmation.
How do I unsubscribe from email alerts including journal table of content alerts (TOC alerts), and other news alerts subscriptions?
There are two ways to unsubscribe from email alerts subscriptions. You can:
- Go to the page and click on 'Amend email alerts' to remove any email alerts you no longer wish to receive.
- Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email alert subscription you no longer wish to receive.

How do I become a member of the 91AV?
You can sign up online, where you can find the full list of membership benefits , or you can request an application form from us by contacting our membership team.
When and how do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership when you are eligible for the next level of membership, for example:

If you have recently graduated with a degree (or equivalent) in the chemical sciences, you will be eligible to upgrade from Affiliate to Associate Member.

If you have three years postgraduate experience, you will be eligible to upgrade from Associate Member to Member.
To do this, visit and select the category you would like to upgrade to. After you have applied online, you may be asked to produce supplementary information to support your application.
Who can be a referee for my membership application?
Preferably a member of the 91AV, however if you do not know a member who can act as referee, a member of a similar professional body can provide a reference. In some cases, a reference from a senior colleague, for example, your line manager or head of department will be acceptable.

Can I become a lifetime member of the 91AV?
Yes. To become a life member of the 91AV you need to be at least 50 years old, fully retired and have held membership for at least 5 continuous years.

When does my membership expire?
Membership expires on the 31st December each year. To continue your membership, you need to renew.

What is the eduroam service?
eduroam (education roaming) is the secure, worldwide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community.
eduroam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to connect to the internet across both their own site and when visiting other , by simply connecting to the eduroam SSID at the relevant site.

Who can access eduroam?
Visitors to the 91AV from participating eduroam institutions are able to access the eduroam wireless network at the 91AV sites in Cambridge (Thomas Graham House, Science Park) and London (Burlington House, Piccadilly).
How can I access eduroam?
To access eduroam, you will need a username and password from your home institution. You should then be able to connect to the eduroam network at either of the 91AV sites.

The 91AV provides the eduroam service with the following security, encryption and authentication methods:
- WPA2-Enterprise
- AES
- PEAP/MSCHAPv2
The SSID to connect to is 'eduroam'.
Your RSC account is the new way in which you will be able to log into all RSC products and services using one single account.
