This is the 9th event organised by SCI’s Young Chemists’ Panel to highlight the challenges associated with ADMET (Adsorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Elimination and Toxicity) in Medicinal 91AV. The aim is to provide participants with a practical understanding of ADMET parameters, how to diagnose common ADMET problems and how to improve compound design to overcome these problems.
This event will have a broad appeal to chemists who want to work at the interface of chemistry and biology and want to learn about adsorption, distribution, metabolism, elimination and toxicity. The event will adopt a workshop approach to assist understanding. Attendance to this event is limited to 40.
