This course is an introduction to mass spectral interpretation, providing essential tools and guidelines for analyzing full-scan LC-MS data. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of interpreting mass spectra generated by Electrospray Ionisation (ESI) and Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionisation (APCI).
