As a woman, a mother, researcher, scientist etc, I observed that career advancement and ultimately global impact is often a mirage or an achievement for most women. Women Scientists in particular face the dilemma of utilizing time productively to advance their research and careers while managing the peculiarities of being a female or woman in Science. This event will make us reach out to women scientists and girls in our community.
GOAL: Our major goal is to improve access to educational, training and professional development opportunities for all scientists (women/students/practitioners) in an effort to inspire and retain women and girls in STEMM
