Introduction
Dojima is proud to present its brewery tours and guided tastings. Their dream is to introduce as many people as possible around the world to sake and sake culture. In the stunning setting of the Fordham Abbey estate, this unique brewery tour is like nothing available anywhere else in the world.

RSC members and guests are invited to join an evening tour of the gardens/facilities and the Sake production area.  This will be followed by a guided Sake tasting accompanied by a 3-course meal comprising:
  • Sake kasu & miso soup
  • Sake kasu marinated salmon with vegetables from the kitchen garden
  • Dessert of sake kasu cheesecake or icecream
  • Special dietary requirements can be accommodated

Price is £35 per person for RSC members and one guest.  Price for additional guests is £50 per person.  Please book your place(s) by emailing Jane Roberts on cjaneroberts@gmail.com and payment details will be shared once registered. (The number of places is limited to a maximum of 30 people per visit and due to the popularity of this visit another date has been added; therefore please choose your preferred date of 10th June or 24th June for your visit).
Visitors should be 18 years of age or older.
