Public interaction with experiments and basic chemical explanation of various food and drinks, including making ice cream and citric acid isomers. Volunteers are requested to demonstrate the experiments in a rota over the 28th and 29th of September at Taste Cumbria, Cockermouth, noting a beforehand meeting to be organised to discuss the event with volunteers. Start times and end times to be confirmed.
