This exciting FREE event will take place on Wednesday 19 June and is aimed at KS4 and KS5 biology and chemistry teachers, and Heads of Science. You'll have the opportunity to listen to inspiring lectures and seminars, find out about the latest discoveries being made by our world-leading researchers, and get involved in hands-on lab sessions with our academics. We'll also help you find extra ways to engage and enthuse your students and you'll leave with fresh ideas – and handouts – for practical activities to take away and use in your school.
The day will feature a keynote lecture from Sussex alumnus Professor David Clary FRS, President of Magdalen College, Oxford, and former Chief Scientific Adviser to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided and booking is essential.
