The goal of this conference is to bring together a diverse and international group of researchers representing academic, government, and industrial laboratories to share a broad range of and insights into the mechanisms of inorganic reactions. Research presented will incorporate a wide variety of techniques, from kinetics and isotope effects to spectroscopy and computational analysis, to elucidate problems in the contexts of catalysis, coordination chemistry, reactions of main group elements, biological processes, electrochemical and redox reactions, fuel production and use, solar energy conversion, and organic synthesis. In addition to the invited oral presentations, nine short oral presentations will be selected at the time of the conference from among the poster topics, giving an important avenue for dissemination and discussion of the most recent results, especially from researchers at an early stage of their careers.
